Daniel completed his legal studies at Griffith University, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 2024. During his studies and prior to admission, he gained valuable experience working in legal roles on the Gold Coast, where he developed a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, court preparation and advocacy. Through this experience, Daniel assisted in matters involving serious allegations, including offences of violence and drug related matters.
In addition to general criminal defence work, Daniel also assists clients with administrative appeals relating to firearms licensing decisions, including circumstances where licences have been refused, suspended, or cancelled. His experience in this area allows him to provide clear and practical advice to clients navigating what can often be a complex regulatory framework.

He understands that clients often engage criminal lawyers during stressful and uncertain times, and he takes pride in being approachable, responsive, and supportive throughout the legal process.
